Does it seem like you are treading water? Are you expecting the other shoe to drop? Does it feel as though you are just getting by, and meanwhile, your relationships, work, and health are suffering? Or, does God seem distant? Reaching out for help can be intimidating, and telling your story to someone may seem daunting. My goal is to make the process as inviting and warm as possible. I operate through a Biblical worldview, placing emphasis on spiritual and mental health. I enjoy and have found success working with individuals, teens, couples, families, and elderly.
