Hi, my name is Rob Koehl, pronounced “kale” like the leafy green vegetable. I am a licensed professional counselor in Cottonwood, AZ which is close enough, yet far away enough from Sedona (traffic). I specialize in working with adults who struggle with thinking too much about unhelpful things, freaking out and making things worse, managing uncomfortable emotions, and relationship skills. Helping people just feeling safe and connected in the world and comfortable in their own skin. I might be able to help you by teaching you about thoughts and emotions, and giving you ways of working with them through evidence based practices.
