I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist who works in a neutral, nonjudgmental, and collaborative way. I help adults, couples, and adolescents develop a deeper understanding of their internal experiences, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward greater ease and personal fulfillment. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates psychodynamic understanding with mindfulness-based practices to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful, lasting change. I have extensive postgraduate training in adult, child, and adolescent psychotherapy and have worked with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, addictions, and managing mental illness.
