Hi! My name is Rob Rosulek and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My therapeutic approach focuses on supporting clients by helping them identify their personal values and then identifying feelings or thoughts that interfere with their desired life. I approach therapy by working to understand what is truly important to the individual. Once we are able to identify their ideal life or personal values, I help them gain insight into barriers that are keeping them from living that ideal life. Oftentimes, it is our avoidance of certain thoughts or feelings that keep us feeling stuck and unable to move toward our values.
