Life can be very challenging and overwhelming, and our natural tendency is to freeze or flee from our issues. However the best solution is to walk through them, and I can help you in that process. I like to listen intently to hurting or frustrated people who are stuck in addictions, toxic relationships, depression, anxiety, and confusing situations and help them come up with solutions that will work. It's important to feel supported when we're overwhelmed, and I make that my primary goal.
