My therapy style is strength-based, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate. I believe that healing begins with a safe and supportive relationship-one where every part of you is welcomed and honored. Together, we will work not only to process what has happened, but also to build resilience, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move toward a more empowered future. I often tell clients, "What we avoid follows us, but what we face transforms us." I believe the greatest growth comes from confronting what we fear most- and that with the right support, transformation is not only possible, but inevitable.
