You are not alone, as a society we are facing uncertain and troubling times, and it's okay to ask for help. As a therapist I too have faced my share of life's challenges. As such, I bring a variety of life experiences and skill sets to the therapeutic process. I am culturally empathic and have experience working with diverse populations (including LGBTQA+). I enjoy working with adults in all stages of life’s journey, and I very much enjoy working with teens and adolescents age 12 and up.
