I provide individual counseling to adults, and specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image, eating disorders, and diabetes (T1 and T2). The stresses of daily life, health management, family, and work/school responsibilities can add up to create overwhelming stress – additional stresses can also come from messages we hear in the media or through social media platforms.
