As owner and solo practitioner for JTH, I am here to help you unpack trauma, set boundaries, and increase self care and restoration. I believe you can achieve your personal goals with some therapy, accountability, and new skills. I offer basic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other techniques and skills to help my clients to get to a place of fulfillment in their life.
