I have been working remotely since the pandemic. I have not observed a significant difference in the efficacy of treatment delivered in this format and the advantages are many. I am most effective in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, an inability to prosper, find happiness or enjoy satisfying relationships with others. I work well with men and women of all ages and adolescents. For those who wish to be understood and understand themselves I am a good choice. It is the very act of making oneself known to others that is therapeutic. In so doing we become known to ourselves as well.
