My ideal client is someone who is willing to look inward, explore their thoughts and emotions with radical acceptance, and is similarly willing to experience discomfort as a part of growth. Their goals include a desire to have a meaningful and sustainable way of life. Additional goals include striving to have more meaningful and positive relationships, while also striving to have a better understanding of themselves. Mindfulness, growth, and a drive to heal emotional wounds are important elements of what I strive to guide my clients toward.
