What I believe truly sets me apart in my field is my own ongoing therapy, which allows me to empathize deeply with the client experience. With over 40 years of professional practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge to each session. I believe in a collaborative approach, am very active during our sessions, and rely heavily on you, my client, to guide me on what is helpful and what isn't. At times being supportive during the session is enough. At other times, support mixed with gentle challenging is what is called for.
