I am licensed in New York and New Jersey with 30 years of professional work experience. As a psychotherapist, I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. I have training in psychoanalytic therapy, CBT, hypnotherapy, substance abuse and couples counseling. My approach is goal focused psychodynamic therapy and I am eclectic in nature. I have worked with adults and adolescents.
