I provide virtual, telehealth psychotherapy to adults across Massachusetts, with a focus on serving veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and others in service-oriented roles. As a licensed clinical social worker and veteran, I understand the unique demands, stressors, and culture associated with professions centered on responsibility and service. My work is informed by over 20 years of experience across military service, law enforcement culture, and clinical social work with veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals. I welcome individuals and family members impacted by the demands of service. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Therapy is a space to better understand your internal experience and develop practical tools that support steady, meaningful change.
