My specialty is helping adults with anxiety and/or depression who are prepared to take an honest look at themselves, approach psychotherapy with commitment, and work on their issues between sessions. I have been a licensed psychologist seeing patients at UMass Memorial for over 35 years, and bring a wealth of training and experience which I will share with you. Beginning with a thorough evaluation, we will collaborate to develop and implement a personalized treatment plan using evidence-based techniques.
