My training and professional experiences has afforded me the opportunity to work in a variety of settings serving adolescents, adults and seniors with a broad array of challenges and struggles in their lives. Whether they have symptoms of anxiety, depression or Schizoaffective Disorder they are looking to me to help them navigate those challenges that are posed by their mental health issues. Regardless the diagnosis or their unique situation I will work with them to develop concrete goals that they want to achieve and help them to see therapy as the roadmap to help them get there.
