Each person’s journey into therapy is a unique act of courage. As a California-licensed marriage and family therapist since 2004, I’ve been privileged to help countless people. I’ve seen how anyone can cultivate serenity amidst uncertainty with the right psychological tools. By intentionally aligning thoughts and behaviors, we heal old wounds, find peace, and move toward our dreams.
