I see the therapy space as one that helps us move through these moments and create the lives that we want to be living. I recognize that we are all the experts of our own stories, and I hope to co-create a space with you that feels most authentic and safe for you to process through any hardships you have been through. I look forward to starting this healing journey with you! I see myself and approach to therapy as heavily strengths based.
