My purpose is to help you improve balance, harmony, and growth in your life. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, lgbtq issues, loss of a loved one, career or academic challenges, I utilize a strengths based approach to empower you. My approach is guided by a commitment to two principles: 1. You are the expert on your life and by enhancing that expertise, significant change can occur and 2. You can create actions that will increase happiness, no matter the circumstances. I offer individual one on one telehealth video sessions to anyone in New York.
