I am licensed in Washington (and Arizona) and work primarily with adults and couples. I practice in the tradition of relational psychotherapy that explores the patterns of relationships in your life and the root issues behind your symptoms. I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Regence, 1st Choice network and provide OON billing for United Health, Cigna and Aetna. NOTE: I do not bill insurance for couples therapy. My training is based on relational psychotherapy and informed by a psychoanalytic perspective. I hold a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and currently a trainee at the Seattle Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.
