I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, chronic pain, and end of life issues. I specialize in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy with individuals and group instruction in mindfulness training. I have been a practitioner of meditation for over 20 years, an instructor for eleven years.
