I’m an EMDR and trauma specialist helping adults with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and emotional overwhelm feel more grounded, regulated, and in control. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t ease up, trauma that keeps resurfacing in subtle ways, ADHD that makes life feel harder than it should, or burnout that leaves your nervous system constantly on alert. You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside—while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, irritable, or exhausted on the inside. I help adults who feel overactivated, stressed, or emotionally overloaded finally get relief. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, chronic stress, and ADHD—the issues that keep your nervous system stuck in high-alert mode. Many of my clients are professionals, parents, athletes.
