By fine tuning your lens you see the truth of who you really are. Learning to be consistent between your inner desire and outer world allows you to experience self satisfaction. As life’s challenges begin to fade it allows you to experience yourself and those around you in a positive and loving way. We can't change what we don’t see. Awareness is the place to begin which includes your mind, body, and spirt. My approach to therapy is direct, interactive and supportive. I use different techniques to match your needs and help guide you on your path. I work with individuals experiencing life transitions, feeling as though something is still missing or looking to make peace with themselves.
