Aloha! My name is Robert Gernenz and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Hawaii. My approach is to meet you where you are and help create better tomorrows through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It is my hope to be of service to others in helping them achieve any and all therapeutic goals in areas like couples communication and connection, and individual work in areas like anger, anxiousness, OCD, and other areas of opportunity.
