Since that time, He has worked in a number of mental health related facilities including Child Guidance Clinics, Outpatient Mental Health Clinics, On Site School Based Programs and Rikers Island Prison. He has also served as a clinic director for a number of outpatient mental health programs. For over 17 years, He has worked at a clinic in the Rockaways primarily with gang members from the community and those returning from incarceration. He has experience working with all age groups from 6 through the elderly years. He enjoys play therapy with children particularly while utilizing hand puppets. He also feels comfortable with couples counseling as well as bereavement counseling. Robert has spent a great deal of time with young adults who were transitioning from family life to independence.
