I enjoy working with people who have come to "stuck places" in their lives. We all have times when we are not able to overcome life circumstances on our own. I work with my clients to unlock those inner resources to help them break through overwhelming circumstances and challenges. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by emotional issues or are just looking to move your life to a different place, therapy can provide a place of exploration and safety to reach your goals. Trained in systems thinking, I am always interested in helping my clients explore how they affect those with whom they are in relationship, and conversely, how those relationships are affecting them. These interpersonal interactions give important clues to our own inner process and enrich our lives in challenging ways.
