I work extensively with adults, couples, university students, and with the LGBT community. I have had the good fortune to also assist survivors of political torture overcome trauma and adjust to life in a new culture. I work effectively with clients undergoing a variety of difficulties-mood and anxiety disorders, relationship and communication challenges. I have been a meditation practitioner for nearly 30 years and have found mindfulness and hypnotic approaches beneficial adjuncts to traditional psychotherapy.
