I have been in practice for many years and have been involved in the training of psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers. I have come to believe that each person is unique and that the therapy has to be tailored accordingly. In fact, the art of relating deeply depends on the ability to be able to understand the other' personality in its’ own right and to be able to respond to their individuality with a great deal of acceptance and warmth.
