Choosing the right therapist is hard, so let me give you some background on what differentiates me from other therapists. I’ve been in practice for 14 years, and in addition to the standard license I have training in Jungian Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), & Hypnotherapy. These all overlap in that healing & resolution is found by exploring the inner workings of your psyche. This is popularly referred to as parts work or depth therapy. I emphasize the mind-body connection, as our issues often manifest as tension or pain in the core of the body, stomach, abdomen, lower back, upper torso, chest & shoulders.
