Therapy is a healing journey. My role in that process is to work collaboratively with you to identify struggles and issues, and agree upon a therapeutic approach to help create hope and achieve goals that will bring about positive life changes, such as emotional healing, resiliency, improved mood, increased self-esteem, personal insight and growth, increased self-determination, effective coping skills, improved interpersonal relationships, and an increased sense of empowerment. The Certificate in Human Rights I have from BSU adds to my ability to connect with people from a multicultural perspective and with cultural competence.
