I am expert in cognitive behavioral therapy and have been a field instructor and guest lecturer for the graduate MSW program at U.C. Berkeley. I am most interested in helping people with depression, relationships, marital communication , work/ life balance, procrastination and wellness. I've been in private practice for over 30 years. I believe that being interactive and having a strong and caring connection with clients is essential. l My style combines collaboration, direct feedback and humor. I specialize in working with Physicians, Nurses ,Therapists, & over students. I do enjoy working with people from all backgrounds.
