I am a graduate student working towards a Masters in Couples and Family Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University. I predominantly work with adolescent and adult clients with concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, racial and ethnic identity, and LGBTQIA+ challenges. Additionally, I support couples and families enhance connection and improve skills around conflict management. I predominantly rely on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, parts work, and existential philosophies to empower clients to overcome challenges and foster acceptance and hope.
