My goal as a therapist is to help you know yourself better, to accept who you are now and achieve who you want to become. Increased awareness and self acceptance will allow you to solve many of life's problems creatively and thoughtfully. Therapy will encourage you to reflect on your choices, ways of living, and offer new perspectives that will add vitality and promote growth. We will identify sources of concern in your life and find solutions to issues that hinder you. Life can be overwhelming, yet understanding the sources of the stress and the purpose you live for, can offer freedom to find new solutions to meet the challenge.
