In Imago Relationship therapy I coach the partners into giving and receiving love. Love is the healing force. Imago Therapy is the guiding model along with cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, body centered approaches and mindfulness. In individual therapy the focus is on finding clients' strengths and using those strengths for healing of symptoms including insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and others using cognitive behavioral, somatic experiencing, hypnotherapy, mindfulness,imagery, brainspotting, EMDR, TFT, EFT, and others. Mindfulness is taught in all sessions
