I work extensively with couples seeking to strengthen connection and communication, as well as with older adults navigating the transitions and changes that come with aging. With years of experience across diverse and dynamic treatment settings, I bring a broad and compassionate perspective to therapy. Originally from New York City, I built a private practice serving college students, young professionals, couples, and families,experiences that continue to inspire my work today. For individual adult clients, I help you to challenge negative thinking, cope with painful emotions, confront unresolved issues, improve your relationships, and find your true self. With couples and families, I work on improving communication, developing mutually beneficial compromises, expressing feelings in a respectful manner, and being better parents.
