So it's come to this. You're looking for a counselor. Maybe you've been putting this off for a long time and something happened just recently to make you take the step. Maybe someone you know thinks you should "get help." Maybe there's something you want to talk about but don't know if you can tell your family or friends. Or maybe it's something totally different. My job is to give you the tools you need to make your current situation better by increasing your knowledge, skills, insight, awareness, and most of all, hope.
