I am a therapist with 34 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. Married for 49 years, I am blessed with three grown children who continue to inspire me. My approach to counseling is grounded in a person-centered philosophy that values empathy, acceptance, and respect, while also maintaining healthy boundaries that support growth and accountability. I believe each individual has the capacity to find their own unique path toward healing and purpose, and my role is to walk alongside them as they discover it.
