I bring an action-oriented approach to therapy in helping clients address issues such as anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, depression, anger, phase of life transitions, and compulsive behaviors (including those related to sex, pornography, internet use, and spending). I also support business leaders and professional artists who grapple with fatigue, executive demands, and the toll their positions take on self identity and interpersonal relationships. Stepping into therapy for the first time or returning can feel like a challenging and exhaustive process as you search for the right fit. Establishing trust and ensuring a secure, confidential space are my top priorities. In therapy I provide a setting for self exploration, healing, and most importantly, a plan for action.
