I am a specialist in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am a Certified EMDR clinician, certified by emdria International. Once we do that and new insights are established, we work on a plan to move you forward. Emdr may assist in this process. Therapy with me is usually for the long haul.
