Most everyone experiences some Problems of Living during the course of his or her life. These can manifest as common psychological symptoms or as difficulties in relationship or work. By attending to the contributions that both past experiences and present circumstances make, I work to liberate effort and energy caught in these problems, making that very energy available for the pursuit of wishes and some measure of joy.
