As a spouse and father of four young children, I understand how the stresses of daily life can wear us all down. I was drawn into the field of counseling due to my desire to help individuals, who like myself can sometimes feel overwhelmed or alone. For the last 8 years I have enjoyed counseling a diverse group of adults, youth, and families. I draw from a variety of techniques and one of my strengths is being able to adapt my counseling style to each individual I work with. It is this skill that allows me to come up with the best and most effective treatment for every person I counsel.
