Hi my name is Rob York, I am the clinical director of PMA Mental Health Counseling. We are located in the Flatiron District of NY and we are currently seeing patients in-person and through Doxy virtual sessions. Myself, PMA psychotherapists, associate clinicians, and advanced clinical interns provide psychotherapy services in Individual, Couples, Family and Group Therapy. Some challenges that we focus on can include anxiety, depression, body image, relationships issues, LGBTQ issues, family issues, substance abuse, socio-cultural issues, life transition, and trauma. Our collective of therapists are available to work with you on achieving heightened self awareness, self regulation, and with making mindful and empowered choices. Radical ownership will support you in activating your behavior and actions to help you overcome your challenges to live more embodied and authentically.
