I have 30 years of experience successfully assisting my clients in overcoming internal and external stressors and dysfunction that prevent their overall well-being. These stressors can be situational or life-long struggles, and experienced in interpersonal relationships, in work settings, as mood and or/anxiety disorders, or manifested in issues of self-esteem and self-confidence. I work most often, and in collaboration with my clients, from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and insight-oriented approaches, understanding that every client is wonderfully unique and will respond differently to a variety of eclectic methodologies.
