With over 30 years of experience in the field of counseling, my focus lies in trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as an array of mental health disorders. I am dedicated to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment which in turn allows my clients to feel safe exploring, expressing and adjusting to changes and life’s challenges.
