Choosing a therapist can be a daunting task. I work toward providing an atmosphere of respect, support, trust and caring which can lead to a greater potential for self understanding, healing, relief and the opportunity to see and make different choices. In private practice for 20 years, I have a varied practice, working with individuals, couples and families with a wide range of difficulties. Areas of particular specialty include working withindividuals who have experienced trauma, relational difficulties, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and issues of adolescence.
