Is navigating life chaotic at times? Do emotions tend to lead you? Are you reacting to life instead of creating your life? Are your relationships intense, confusing and at times out of control? Do you tend to find the same types of people or situations in your life? Even as things go on around you, you feel empty, shame, guilt, anxious, fearful, inadequate, or unworthy. We learned to create “skills” to help us survive or navigate the world around us, as we go through life these “skills” may no longer serve us and create an internal conflict of who we are and who we want to be.
