Hi! As a parent we are facing different challenges everyday in which we struggle and feel pressured to constantly have it together. I’m a mother of two and understand your struggles of not feeling enough, especially during a time when we are required to be parents, teachers, doctors, nurses etc. all at once. So if you take anything from landing on my page I want to tell you that: You are enough! As a clinician I have helped children and families who had experienced challenges and adversities in their lives. In my experience with families of different backgrounds, parents and I collaborate to understand their children’s behaviors in order to transform their anger, manage their anxiety, improve their communication while strengthening their bond. I wholeheartedly believe that connection is our superpower and supporting you is the best way to help your children.
