Hi, I’m Roberta Tvenstrup, LCSW, founder of Hope2Grow Therapy Solutions in Bradenton, Florida. Life has a way of throwing curveballs — a job change, a loss, a move, the shifting dynamics of family, or a stage of life that feels harder than expected. Many of us struggle with anxiety, depression, or feeling emotionally stuck. You’re not alone — and it doesn’t have to stay this way. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating transitions and the emotional challenges that often accompany them. No matter what you’re adjusting to, I offer a supportive space to process what’s happening and start building what’s next. Our work together will incorporate evidence-based approaches. We will move beyond “problem talk” and toward possibility. Together, we’ll identify the strengths that have carried you this far and use them as a foundation for growth. I’ll listen deeply, challenge with care, and invite you to reframe unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back.
