I practice client-centered therapy and believe my clients are the expert in their therapeutic journey. I strive to meet my clients where they are and help them gain the skills and knowledge they need to get to where they want to be. I am experienced working with Adults, adolescents, and families. My style is nontraditional, and I am often told I do not fit the picture my clients have of a Therapist. I gained my knowledge working in Community Mental Health and have worked with clients with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, BPD, Bipolar Disorder, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
