I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT and Expressive Arts. I’ve worked with several agencies, servicing adolescents, young/middle-aged adults, and geriatrics. Primarily I offer individual, family, and group treatment to those who suffer from previous or present mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or comorbid disorders.
